Production Time Acknowledgement
By checking below you are acknowledging that you understand that I cannot guarantee when exactly your order will be printed and shipped, but it will be as quick as it can be without sacrificing quality. 3D printing is not a quick thing, the average print time for ONE Guard or Shield is close to 8 hours.
Returns and Exchanges
All 3D Printed and Acrylic items are made-to-order specifically for you and are non-returnable. If you have any issues with your product(s) please reach out and we will help you fix it or make it right! In some rare occasions we have allowed exchanges of brand new, never used product to be exchanged for a different product, please contact us for a solution.
Warranty
LR Things LLC will warranty all items purchased directly from us for 30 days from manufacturing defects. For more information about our warranty please visit the Warranty Terms & Conditions page.
3D Printing Quality
Also by agreeing to this notice you are aware that 3D printing does not produce perfect pieces. There could be small imperfections to the finish but they will not interfere with how the product works.
We are not Litter-Robot
LR Things LLC is not affiliated or endorsed by Litter-Robot or Automated Pet Care Products LLC nor are we making any claims to be. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you are acknowledging that you are purchasing an aftermarket product that is support by LR Things LLC and not Litter-Robot.
